Bridge 51-A crosses the Lake Fork of the San Miguel River.   It was built as a key part of the trackage that loops around Trout Lake to gain elevation on the way to Lizard Head pass.  My model of bridge 51-A, also known as the Trout Lake Trestle, is hidden amongst the evergreens just like its been captured in all the historical photos.
